RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Aditi Jewellers, we are committed to customer satisfaction and ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. However, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. We offer replacements only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or is not as ordered, we will replace it within 3 to 4 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. WE ONLY PROVIDE REPLACEMENTS.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned with the original packaging intact (including all accessories, tags, and labels).
  • The replacement request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can contact us via email or phone, providing the order details.
  2. Photographic Evidence: We may ask for photographs of the damaged or incorrect product to assess the issue and process your replacement request.

Processing the Replacement

  • Approval: Once your replacement request is approved, we will ship the new product to you within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Shipping: Any applicable shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by us (for eligible replacements).

Please note that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If a refund request is made, it will be explicitly rejected, as we operate solely on a replacement basis.
